2 cups baked pumpkin or winter squash
2 Tbsp hummus
2 Tbsp tahini
1/4 tsp garam masala
1/2 tsp chipotle pepper powder
1 Tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp egg replacer (optional)
Puree all ingredients together. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes, then serve on fresh apple slices or crackers.
