- red lentil-and-rice patties w/ coconut-cilantro sauce

Dinner:
- black bean tostadas w/ tomatoes & cilantro
- red wine
Exercise: 20 minutes vigorous lawn mowing, 20 minutes weight-lifting (10-25 lb. sets)
