Refried Black Beans

2 cans black beans, drained and rinsed
1/2 Tbsp nutritional yeast
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp lime juice
2 Tbsp enchilada sauce
2-3 drops liquid smoke
4-5 drops chipotle Tobasco
3 Tbsp veggie broth
2 handfuls soy cheddar cheese (optional)

Combine all ingredients (except cheese) in a glass baking dish and mash until creamy. Top with cheese and bake for 30 minutes at 350 minutes, or until cheese is all melty.
