Food/exercise log - April 13th

Breakfast:
- fruit-nut muesli and soy milk
- orange juice w/ calcium

Lunch:
- baked beans
- curried chickpea-tomato soup
- fruit salad
- whole wheat roll
- chips and salsa
- lemon pudding w/ ricemellow creme & flaked coconut

Snacks:
- rooibos/green tea (3 cups)
- jellybeans (1 small handful)
- dark chocolate (1 piece)
- banana
- ginger granola

Dinner:
- spinach-mushroom enchiladas w/ tomatoes, olives and cilantro
- dates & pecans

Exercise: 35 minutes yoga (Crunch Joy of Yoga)
