Food/exercise log - April 15th

Breakfast:
- oatmeal with walnuts, flax seeds, raisins and soy milk
- orange juice w/ calcium

Lunch:
- black bean soup in a bread bowl

Snacks:
- soy chai
- date coconut roll
- banana

Dinner:
- spicy gluten w/ rice vermicelli, carrots & cucumber
- Thai iced tea
